2 | Bags (100 g) almond flakes | |
200 | g | Butter |
4 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Almond cups
To prepare the Almond cups recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the almond flakes in a blender. Stir in butter and sugar pliable. Add almonds, egg and most of the flour. Knead the dough on the table along with the rest of the flour. Let the dough rest cool for a minimum of one hour. Roll the dough out to a sausage and portion into small pieces. Serve lens molds with batter, molds do not need to be lubricated.
Bake in the middle of the oven about 8 min. remove the cakes out of the molds. Serve with cream or whipped cream and jam.
