Whip the egg together in a deep dish. Mix the almond flakes, flour, salt and pepper on a plate. Turn the first schnitzlerne in egg then in almond flakes. Fry them in the butter in the Pan-about 4 minutes on each side.
This dish tastes great with steamed spinach and peeled potatoes first.
