Instructions for Alex's French bread on Sourdough
To prepare the Alex's French bread on Sourdough recipe, please follow these instructions:
Day 1: Dissolve yeast in water (27 degrees C.) and add salt and sugar, mix the flour, and let the mixture stand in the lunt a days time.
Remember! to lay a dishtowel over.
Day 2: the dough is kneaded with approx. 1300 g. flour. (hold back a little flour approx 100-150 g.) dough consistency must be appropriate, the dough should stick slightly to the hands and table. Let the dough stand a few hours covered with a wet cloth.
Beat the dough down, knead it thoroughly, cut it into 3 parts with half a blunt knife and beat now the 3 broke up.
Let loaves stand 45 to 60 min. and after raising with a tea towel over. Now brush loaves with egg or milk, seeds can now be met at: poppy seed Sesame or sunflower.
Put the Loaves in the oven, preheated til180-200 gr 175-185 gr in convection oven 35 to 40 minutes
