Instructions for Albondigas
To prepare the Albondigas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pipe a father of minced lamb, soaked bread crumb, eggs, garlic, chilli, parsley, cumin and a little cinnamon. Shape them into small buns and grate them. Server with a powerful tomato sauce with lots of parsley.
Tomato sauce: Cook a very concentrated-but simple-tomato sauce (peeled tomatoes, onion, garlic, a little salt, pepper and sugar).
