Instructions for Agruk salad
To prepare the Agruk salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and salt with loose hand. Com slices on a sieve with a light pressure in 30 a minute. Rinse salted of cucumber slices and press them free of water.
Boil vinegar with sugar, peppercorns and Bay leaves in five minutes.
