Ingredients for Aftereightis

Lemon balm or fresh berries | ||
1 | dl | Sugar |
2 | dl | Milk |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | Egg yolks |
Instructions for Aftereightis
To prepare the Aftereightis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix egg yolks, sugar and milk together and warm gently up under oprøring. OBS! It must not boil. Add a paragraph. After Eight at a time and let them melt.
Allow to cool.
Stiftpisket whipped cream, invert gently in. Let stand covered in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Tubes like in the ice occasionally under refrigeration, it gives a more creamy ice cream.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer 20-30 min. before serving.
Server in the serving glass and garnish with After Eight, lemon balm or fresh berries.
