Instructions for 2 round brows
To prepare the 2 round brows recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is lunes, the yeast dissolves, which is not heated with. Flour and other ingredients are kneaded into a uniform dough that is raised to double size in a warm place, covered approx. 45 minutes.
The dough is divided into 2 equal parts and shaped into 2 balls, which rest for 3-4 minutes and then pressed out with the hand until they fit in size to the round aluforms approx. 22 cm in diameter.
The dough is placed in the lubricated molds and pulled about 1 cm up the sides of the mold. The remoncen is ironed and sprinkled with icing sugar on top.
Raise to double size in a loose place approx. 30 minutes and baked in a preheated oven at the bottom of the grill at 240 degrees Celsius. Oven for about 10 minutes.
