1 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Whole milk |
4 | Eggs |

To prepare the 1. Good old-fashioned pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the eggs together with flour, salt and sugar. Whip the oil into a solid mass.
Add the milk a little at a time and whip until there are no more lumps.
Now put the pancakes into the fat until they are light brown. If they get black you should hurry down or move the pan off the stove for a little while :-)
Turn them with a palette knife.
... Or in the air ;-)
Put the pancakes on a plate, on top of each other and with staniol over to keep the heat!
Eat!
tips:
If the dough is thick, the pancakes are also thick and vice versa. Then pour milk depending on the degree of thickness you want (about 3 dl.).
As a flavor can be used vanilla sugar, cardamom, grated orange peel and much more.
Can be eaten with jams and sugar. - But nutella is also good :-)
