Instructions for Çilbir
To prepare the Çilbir recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt 40 g margarine in a large skillet, crush the eggs over it. The FRY until they are no longer floating. In the meantime, toasting toast-bread and place on a serving plate. 1 fried egg placed on each slice of bread. Yoghurt whipped together with salt, pepper, caraway until it is creamy in consistency (this may be done some time in advance, and the mixture is put in the refrigerator). Pour the yogurt mixture over the eggs. Melt the addi-gere 25 g margarine and mix it with paprika, and getting this over the eggs. Course is served immediately.
