Norwegian herring salad

Cut herring fillet, potatoes, Apple and beetroot into small squares. Chop the onion and mix it all together with sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard. Serve sildesalaten on a good piece of rye bread-like homemade.
